Global Value Management supports the search for managed service providers (MSP) to further accelerate the international expansion of the GVM client in German-speaking countries.
The GVM client operates in the areas of B2B software, IT outsourcing and web hosting and is the market leader in Europe and in important European countries in these three segments.
In the area of outsourcing (focus on modern workspace and security as a service), more than 20 acquisitions have already been realized in Europe as part of a successful buy & build strategy. Based on this strong platform and experience, GVM was commissioned to specifically search for managed service providers (MSP) in Germany, Austria and Switzerland in order to expand its profitable growth as a good home investor to the German-speaking region: A family acts as an anchor investor, which itself laid the foundation for this successful buy & build strategy through the sale of an ICT company, acts in the long term and, as a strategic partner with many years of experience, specifically supports the growth and further development of the portfolio companies.
In the wake of Corona and a volatile economic environment, sales today have to be perfectly convincing in the "digital sales pitch". According to the company, as a technology leader, MATAONO offers the basis for this with its AI-based emotion analytics software: According to evaluations by MATAONO customers, sales success can be increased by up to 12%.
MATAONO acts as a neutral digital coach who accompanies the sales staff and supports customers in continuously improving their emotional intelligence. It is a web application that captures the emotions of participants (salespeople and customers) in video conferences (browser or zoom plugin) and makes emotional highs and lows visible. In addition, sales materials (e.g. foils) are identified which (not) convince customers in conversation: A large US pharmaceutical group, leading German market research institutes or a European pharmaceutical company are already successfully using MATAONO to optimize sales.
The experienced founding team has almost 20 years of entrepreneurial experience and is planning sales in the high double-digit million euros with a double-digit EBIT margin within 5 years.

InvoiceNow as a disruptive FinTech solution in US $ 2.4 trillion working capital financing market.
The corporate finance consultancy Global Value Management accompanies Verticys in its growth strategy.
FinTech Verticys wants to use the enterprise SaaS solution InvoiceNow to automate the entire procure-to-pay (P2P) process in the largest global market (46% share): 65 million SMEs in APAC cannot cover US $ 2.4 trillion of working capital requirements appropriately (World Bank, Centrifuge), as this fragmented market cannot be served cost-effectively with traditional banking methods.
The Verticys team has up to 20 years of experience in processing transactions between corporations and SMEs: With the disruptive InvoiceNow platform, the entire P2P process between large corporations, thousands of suppliers and working capital financiers could be automated “at the push of a button “.
On the basis of planned group pilot projects (with some 10,000 suppliers), Verticys is planning to generate recurring revenue in the high double-digit million US $ range in five years.
The corporate finance consultancy Global Value Management advises OLT on the acquisition of growth capital.
X2 Equity specializes in the growth financing of high-tech companies in the industrial B2B environment. In the course of the transaction supported by GVM, X2 Equity wants to support OLT's path from an AI project to a scalable “Algorithm-as-a-Service provider” for industrial fields of application (deep learning).
In contrast to classic AI providers, OLT offers the "best of four worlds": AI + machine learning + physical analytics + simulations = data-driven innovations. It is crucial that OLT and its team of PhD astrophysicists work according to the white box principle (physical analytics). This model-based approach means maximum transparency: the results can be explained and can therefore be used for decisions. Blue-chip companies have already implemented various projects with OLT, such as anomaly detection (for IoT, I4.0, infrastructure networks), data-driven forecasting (e.g. retail sales, energy requirements) and simulation-based optimization e.g. in industrial production. The deep learning algorithms developed by OLT are often used in a modular way in conjunction with other software solutions.

Fully automated Smart Data & AI cockpits:
In contrast to classic AI providers, OLT offers the "best of four worlds": AI + machine learning + physical analytics + simulations = data-driven innovations with added value in the multi-million range for companies, municipalities and countries.
The decisive USP is that OLT works according to the white box principle (physical analytics) - OLT's international data science team includes 100% PhDs in astrophysicists. This model-based approach means maximum transparency: the results can be explained and can therefore be used for management or political decisions. Blue chip corporations have already implemented up to twelve large projects each with OLT for example regarding anomaly detection (for IoT, I4.0, infrastructure networks), data-driven forecasting (e.g. retail sales) and simulation-based optimization.

GVM supports belingoo at growth financing regarding the mega market languages learning / digital publishing for an international audience.
According to belingoo the company offers the less time consuming and most successful method to improve one’s language skills – for every level of knowledge: Especially grown up people experience a lack of time, motivation and concentration by using traditional offline and online courses with traditional vocabulary and grammar learning besides their jobs.
The key to up-to 50% higher learning performance lies in belingoo’s second-to-none context sensitive learning concept of 'en passant' learning.
Role model are countries like Luxembourg, the Netherlands or in Scandinavia, where people gain their language skills via reading, listening and watching of foreign language content ‘on the fly’, for example, via English movies with Dutch sub-headers.
belingoo has intensified this effect by multiple means of functions and offerings: A team-orientated platform has been established with authors, Facebook teams and customers for a worldwide audience which can easily be used without high translation cost publish multilingual content -in print and digitally for all means of (mobile) appliances. Depending on the skill level technical terms or middle / highly difficult words are ‘annotated’: This means that for these and only for these words, translations are provided.
A person can therefore read a foreign langue text in the original version fluently due to the precise annotations. He can mark relevant annotations easily which can be ‘trained’ later on in a context sensitive manner.
The effect: significant saving in time regarding the relevant vocabulary and a quick learning success.
The annotation can –in addition- be generated automatically with the worldwide leading language technology of DFKI (www.dfki.de) and –as an option- be optimised by the user. As content interesting (leisure) as well as professional texts, audio or video material can be annotated.
By means of these ‘annotated’ texts interesting business models can be derived for enterprises like big B2C players such as Google & Co. in terms of co branding:
The variety of options ranges from company specific data sheets for international sales representatives to internal language learning programs to revenue sharing models in the B2C area. Examples could include: special annotated ebooks, crowd authoring / Social Web authoring to opening up the context sensitive advertising market on mobile devices juts to name a few.
